I have finally managed to close on the flat I planned buying in Warsaw. It's my first and was born in lots of pain! But now it's mine - and only mine - well - sort of - really the bank owns it until I pay for it.

I managed to lose quite a lot of money on the bad currency exchange - where's my beginner's luck I wonder...

Now - I'm simply waiting for previous owners to move out so that I can repaint, put my stuff in and look for some tenants. Thinking I might keep it without renting it out for a while - maybe a trip or two to Warsaw... Tempting!

I was to go out tonight but decided against it in the end - really want to go to Scala tomorrow night and thought if I do two nights in a row I'd be dead.

I've invited a few friends to come over for an Easter breakfast tomorrow - that means cooking and baking tomorrow morning - so probably staying in is a good idea!
